Delicious, especially the Chinese pancakes with chives sounds interesting and different @bengy
Most dishes prepared above I have never seen over here, we do get Chinese perhaps I need to explore the menu a little bit more.
That is the difficult thing with doing the Dim Sum... people tend to stick with what they know, because everything looks strange! We try to try one new thing each time... sometimes it is good, sometimes... less so!
