Haji Biriyani- The Test Always Different

Hello Food Lovers,

Biriyani is a delicious food whose name comes from the water of the tongue. Truly one of the most famous cuisines of Old Dhaka, biryani is undoubtedly the best. Because its taste still retains its popularity. And Haji Biriyani is at the forefront.

In fact, the list of favorite dishes for me and my son is first on the list of biriyani. However, my son does not like anything other than the biriyani. So on my way back from the office today, I brought two packets of biryani.

The oldest of the biriyani shops of old Dhaka is Hajir biryani and they have traditionally held this business. However, they have some exceptional features, one of which is that they still make leaf boxes and sell biriyani in it. In my view this is a wonderful initiative and completely environmentally friendly.

But one of the reasons why biryani is popular is its special culinary method. This is why it is a popular food not only in Bangladesh but also in many South Asian countries. In fact, it is cooked by mixing special types of aromatic rice, ghee, various spices and meat.

However, in our country especially in old Dhaka, biryani is still sold at different prices at different stores. Although not all shops have the same taste of the biriyani. However, the taste of 'Haji Biriani' is the best to me.
