south indian famous dish -dosa

hello friends, how are you all, here 'm gain to take participate in this weekly choice contest. Today i would like share my experience in small n famous family restaurants of my town i.e. Mircharam

This is symbol of the resturant as mircha means chilli 🌶

This is the main entrance of the restaurant, It is very small for a big joint family, but anyhow we managed. This resturant is very famous for its dosa, which is south Indian recipe. One dosa is enough for lunch or dinner.

as you can see the resturant is totally full, we had wait atleast for 10 minute. Thats was okay, but after getting table, we ordered our dosa, now we can't wait for south indian dosa to arrived....😅🤣😂

but the strange feeling was that their kitchen was bigger than their restaurant. You can see at a time he is making 7-8 dosa at a time. Actually their were more famous the home deliveries

here comes my decilious, mouth watering dosa. Actually it is made up of thin layered of rice batter, with the stuffing of potato mesh or panner(cheese) serve with sarbar and white coconut chutney. It is mainl orginated from south india, but one can easily get at any restaurant in india.

Mircharam providing it's services since 1982, with the same quality and taste only chances is the price of each items. otherwise their providing their best. Seriously dosa was super yummy, but one can not eat more than one, one dosa is sufficient.
