Always ready to eat local dish of my town...

hello friends, how are you all..? hope all are enjoying the new year holidays. As in last post i have promised to share more about indian dishes. So , here 'm again to share another local dish of india, which you will get from street food counter to high restaurants. Today i would like tell you about indian most popular dish i.e. DOSA. Dosa is mainly south Indian dish but it is easily available at any place in india, even few of my friends are living outside of india, their tell me dosa is also avaiable in many countries like germany, U.S, sri-lanka and many more countries.

Firstly i would like tell you about the restaurant, restaurant was not so big, it's ambience is quite simple n sober, one can enjoy the food with friends or family. The service was great, Staff here was very friendly and well behaved. It is totally neat n clean, even the table n chairs are in proper order. I always preferred medium type restaurant instead of wasting money going to some hi-wi restaurant.

Here, self service is available, you have receive your foof from counter. Service is good, after giving, i hardly wait for 6-7 minuts and my order is ready to serve.

As it' namw is kolkata sweet, this air conditioner resturant along with sweet shop. Here you can many types of sweet is avaiable. The sweet are looking very yummy n tasty. Guys which one of the sweet you liked it , let me know in the comment session.

Now i would like tell you about the Dosa. Dosa is made up of thin layered rice n lentil batter, stuffed with mash fried potatoes. It's batter made up of grind rice and black gram ground. It's batter needs 10 to 12 hours to fermented. Dosa is served with sambhar and whice chutney made up of coconut and peanuts.

There are varities of dosa like paper dosa, chili paneer dosa and masala dosa. Friends dosa appearance is like crepe. Guys it was super delicious and yummy. We go for dinner to eat dosa. I think one dosa is sufficient to full of big stomach 😅😂 Even i get too busy in eating it i forget to take it's another picture.
