Foodie Tasteem#16 - Happy House
Hello Steemians, Hello Hong Kong!!
Today I want to share with you about “simple but outstanding”. Happy House looks common and I don’t think I would love it when I saw it first sight.
It’s absolutely normal when you look at the decorations and all the things, until I got the featured menu of “Happy pork chop with rices”
I went there with my best friend who have a bit high standard of dining, it’s still hard to believe before I tasted it. That’s kind of the spirit of a Tasteemian or a foodie or a food-hunter?
We both ordered the same featured meal and that maybe for a bit of explanation of why this is my pick today.
Here it comes a normal-meal-look-like, Pan-fried eggs and pan-fried pork chops (cut in slices) with rices and soy sauces on top.
Just a blink, oh crab, I totally underestimated the finest of this meal. The pork chops are handled awesome and flavourful, the successful secret is definitely the look-common soy sauce, it’s appetizing!!!! They did some tricks with the sauces. If you want to know, you must try, it’s really amazing.
