The delicious focaccia from the Centrale bakery
A bakery that I love and it is also in the center, is Panificio Centrale a place forbidden for the weak of food. At work since night to bake bread and more, the bakery is open every day except Sunday.
The glass window at the entrance with a display of sweets warns the most greedy customers to be cautious. The first part of the long counter is occupied by sweets, in particular simple pastry and typical local sweets.
There are also cakes for the most demanding ones such as l pastiera and tarts, or leavened cakes l chocolate, delicious especially for breakfast. Then there is the section of the bakeries, with many specialties of sandwiches both in shapes and in their products.
There are also fast-food items such as pizza, focaccia, panzerotti and many more. I couldn't resist the focaccia and I bought a couple of pieces. I said that this place is forbidden to the food weak ...
