Via Paolo Sarpi in Milan was renamed the Milanese Chinatown.
In this street you can find many restaurants offering Chinese cuisine but Tang Gourmet, in my opinion, is one of the best.

In questa via si possono trovare tantissimi ristoranti che offrono cucina cinese ma Tang Gourmet, a mio parere, è uno dei migliori.

This two-storey restaurant specializes in noodles of all kinds, in addition to variations of Chinese cuisine, it also includes all types of Asian noodles.
The sure thing is that they are all excellent.

_Appena si entra basta ordinare subito alla cassa, ti viene dato un numero, ti siedi al tavolo e i tuoi noodles arrivano senza che tu di alzi, fanno tutto loro.

Noodles caldi con carne mista e uovo, in più un bao con carne.

My orders arrived in less than 10 minutes.
To be honest the waiters are not very good, they don't even look at you, I would have liked to talk more.
The dishes I ordered proved to live up to my expectations, I literally devoured the cup of noodles, the meat inside it was really tender and tasty with a hot and delicious broth.

Le mie ordinazioni sono arrivate in meno di 10 minuti.
Se devo essere sincero i camerieri non sono bravissimi, non ti guardano nemmeno in faccia, mi avrebbe fatto piacere comunicare di più.
I piatti che ho ordinato si sono dimostrati all'altezza delle mie aspettative, ho letteralmente divorato la tazza di noodles, la carne al suo interno era veramente tenera e saporita con un brodo caldo e delizioso.

Io adoro tutto ciò che è cibo asiatico, soprattutto quello giapponese.
Mi piace scoprire ristoranti nuovi in cui poter mangiare noodles, zuppe, carne... insomma, tutto quello che possono offrirmi.
Sono più tradizionalista, esco raramente da binari consolidati, sicuramente è un limite ma spaziare anche nella solo cucina italiana è davvero tanta roba, !BEER

La cucina italiana è il massimo ma viaggiando molto ho imparato ad apprezzare ed amare ogni tipo di cucina, soprattutto, come ti scrivevo sopra, quella asiatica.
Ci sono sapori che puoi ritrovare difficilmente in quella italiana e senza fare paragoni, resto sempre stupito ogni volta che scopro un ingrediente in più.
