Breweries and Wineries can often have a really decent restaurant attached to them! However, I was surprised to see a hotel and a gift shop!
Anyway, I was curious to see the Brussel Sprouts with bacon and Jalapeno, we have a box of sprouts coming in this week and I'm not really sure what to do with them!
The sprouts were pretty darn good. The food all around was really great. If I were you just toss them in some olive oil and garlic powder and bake them on a sheet until you can smell them. Make sure you cut them in half first.
