Tarihi Kuruköprü Ocakbaşı - Best rib in Adana
Adana has a fantastic cuisine where you can eat different kinds of meat (kebabs). We visit Adana at weekends once a year just to eat some quality food at cheap prices. These weekend trips cost us a few kilograms, but it does worth it!
In our last journey to Adana, we have tried ribs this time at "Tarihi Kurukopru Ocakbasi". We have spotted them before landing to Adana from a few blogs and Instagrammers.
If you want to eat rib here, you should make a reservation first. That reservation is not for the seats, there is no seating problem here, but for the cooking time of ribs. They cook it around 5-6 hours before serving.
We went there 4 people here, and we paid $22.5 in total for the everything in the table. It's extremely cheap for a delicious meat at this quality.
Do not skip this place if you -somehow- visit Adana.
