During the last gathering with old friends , a friend of mine mentioned that she found a stall selling best Yong Taufu she ever found in Singapore.

上一次朋友聚会时，其中一个朋友提到她最近找到她心目中全新加坡最棒的酿豆腐店了。

She said normally she doesnt take Meehun but as the stall selling single type of noodle- Yes unlike other noodle stalls in Singapore Malaysia, this shop is selling ONLY meehun. She's forced to take meehun but found the meehun was so nice!
她说她一向来不喜欢吃米粉，可是她还是被这摊百年酿豆腐给折服了-其实她也本来是迫于无奈，因为这家百年酿豆腐卖的面食只有一种选择-米粉，不像新马其他面家有许多不同的面类可以搭配。

But to me, interesting part of this noodle stall is the Yong Taufu. Meehun, on the other hand, is quite normal to me. And again, this shop selling only set noodle, the choices of Yong Taufu also pretty fixed when you order noodle soup-8 pieces of Yong Taufu and the most you can choose not to take bitter gourd. It cost SGD4.50 for a bowl full of different yong taufu like this.
但就我而言，米粉是一般般，它家的卖点还是酿豆腐本身。店家不止只卖一种面食，连酿豆腐配料也是设定好了，8样酿豆腐是不能少这个多那个，最多只能选择不要酿苦瓜。新币4元半这一碗，我个人觉得还蛮值得的，多料而且好吃。

Another part that friend recommended was MUST try out their fried chicken wing.
另一个朋友强力推荐的是他们家的炸鸡翅膀。

So instead of the so called promo set which limited to weekday, as I asked if available too on weekend as well. The lady boss said yes. Magic.. But I find it pretty heaty, not too good in take in too much during this hot season.
看招牌他们的promo set 是平日才有，可是我问一问老板周末有没卖这一套餐，她还是说有。。见证奇迹，但我觉得炸鸡翅膀还是有点热气的说。

It seems this shop is among the top eateries in Singapore , there are many banners showing their feature in press articles.
看起来这家百年酿豆腐还上了不少杂志报章的报道呢，老板特意把文章给打印出来。
