O Si is the name of the restaurant and its name Hue-style beef vermicelli soup.

Bún bò Huế (pronounced [ɓun˧˥ ɓɔ˧˩ hwe˧˥]) or bún bò is a popular Vietnamese soup containing rice vermicelli (bún) and beef (bò).[1] Huế is a city in central Vietnam associated with the cooking style of the former royal court.[2] The dish is greatly admired for its balance of spicy, sour, salty, and umami flavors. The predominant flavor is that of lemongrass.[3] Compared to phở or bún riêu, the noodles are thicker and more cylindrical.[4]
This restaurant is located in Kim Ma - the center of Hanoi. This is where many tourists come to visit.
Because Kim Mã is the center of Hanoi so here sell a lot of expensive food. I think that if I had about $ 2,000 a month, I could live here. However, the average Vietnamese income is only $ 300 per month.
Restaurant space
The restaurant is clean, airy, the whole dining table is wooden and on each table are numbered seats.
There are 3 waiters, and one boss, the interior space is for the chef. Because the restaurant has so many staff and fast service, the price of Hue-style beef vermicelli soup is very expensive. This is the most expensive Bún Bò Huế restaurant I ever eat that taste is normal, not as good as other restaurants.
I have eaten at many restaurants . For example : Bún Bò Huế Restaurant in Xuan La and Vo Chi Cong, To Hieu - a bowl of Bún bò Huế is 35,000 VND = 1.4 USD.Bún Bò Huế Restaurant in Soc Son - a bowl of Bún bò Huế is 25,000 VND = 1.1 USD. (including materials such as: Bún = rice noodle , beef, Vietnamese pork sausage, blood beef, trotters).

Bun Bo Hue in this photo is 40,000 VND equivalent 1.6 USD :(( that is too expensive !!
hmmm this bowl of Bun Bo Hue has no trotters and Vietnamese pork sausage.
Advantages :
- Clean food, clean space, all food: vegetables lemon, chili are added to the porcelain plate,
- Overall the food is very polite and luxurious.
- delicious taste

- With this amount of money, I can eat 2 bowls of Bun Bo Hue- full of ingredients in another restaurant.

Bia Hà nội : 17.000 VND ( Beer Ha Noi )
Nước ngọt 15.000 VND ( coca or fanta )
Bia Sài Gòn : 20.000 VND ( Beer Sai gon )
bia Trúc Bạch : 22.000 VND ( Beer Truc Bach)
