Winter has come, I have felt the cold weather. Cold weather is suitable for hotpot - a dish that a summer can't eat because of the heat.

Hot pot is a favorite dish in Vietnam. A hot pot for 6-10 people to eat. Hotpot dish makes us become closer to each other., It is also a unique culture in oriental cuisine.

I went to the restaurant with my family, which was newly opened but always crowded. The restaurant has many delicious dishes, I want to eat all the dishes here.

Before ordering a hotpot, we ordered a plate of fried sweet corn, a plate of veal with onion, 1 bowl stew veal meat, 10 bottles of beer, tripe sauteed pineapple.
" Tripe sauteed pineapple" - This dish is only available in Vietnam and this is my favorite food.
At home, I often cook this dish. I really want you by my side to enjoy this dish. I will show you how to make this dish

Material

• Tripe

  • Tomatoes: 1 fruit

• Celery: 200 gm

• Green pineapple: 1 fruit

• Ginger: 1 bulb

• Garlic: 1 bulb

• Spices: soup powder, pepper, seasoning powder

• Step 1: Rinse the tripe with lemon and salt. This is the most important step to a white and odor-free tripe.

• Step 2 : Celery washed, removed leaves, cut into medium pieces. Pineapple peeled and cut eyes, cut into bite-sized pieces. Ginger and crushed garlic. Washed tomatoes
  
  After the appetizer, we decided to order a hotpot.
  Hotpot dishes include: Chicken, beef, pork heart, vegetables, duck eggs, pork stomach, ...
  The cost of this meal is: 1,000,000 VND (6 people) (1 USD = 23,300 VND)
