Streets cuisine : Skewer ( Fish, Shrimp, Squid,..)
Culinary Hanoi, a convergence of typical culinary culture of many different regions. The delicious food is not only served in luxurious restaurants but also the sidewalk dishes are also very delicious. Ha Noi street snacks are cheap and the taste of delicious and strange dishes that anyone has ever tasted is not easy to forget.
This is a familiar street food in all countries of the world. In particular, children and students love this dish because it is delicious and cheap. I don't like to eat street food, although street food abounds.
In Vietnam, street food is very developed. In the neighborhood there are all kinds of snacks like noodles, pho, cakes, drinks, fried chicken, ..These dishes are sold on the sidewalk and the area is very small.
This dish is always available in front of the school gate.
They are: fish ball, shrimp ball, squid ball, sugar coated haws, dimsum, chicken drumstick lemongrass , sweet meat and corn, sour meatball, spring rolls priced only from 2,000 VND. Sausage ,
polony costs 10,000 VND.
There are about 20 different foods
When you order, the seller will heat the food with fried oil. This dish is dipped in Chilli sauce.
These food skewers are made with flour. This dish appears a lot at vegetarian festivals.
On average, one day sells about 400 skewers of this food.
This dish is delicious, but I recommend you eat it once a month.

Lâu lắm k ăn xiên vì mụn. Mua xúc xích về tự rán kiểu gì cũng k ngon bằng ở ngoài đường. Chắc là tại vì rán bằng dầu sạch =)))))))
