TaskManager Update: New Author On The Team and Market Fees Burned

in #taskmanager7 years ago (edited)

I have been quite busy behind the scenes, managing tasks and trying to get things done. Learning the STEEM API doesn't happen overnight, at least not for me. I have decided to hire an author, to find and showcase steemit's paying posts. Their job will be to search out all the contests they can find, then create a post to be @taskmanager approved and posted. This position will be filled by @bidnat to begin with, another author may be brought on at a later time.

50% or more of the liquid STEEM from every post will still go to savings for buybacks, but now 30% of the liquid STEEM from posts authored by @bidnat will go to him. He will also get an equal amount of TASKMANAGER in his BitShares account. All SBD will still be converted to STEEM, as promised until the end of January.

This synergy will allow features to continue 3x a week, with the possibility of more in the future. @bidnat has helped behind the scenes in the past, and can now benefit from the exposure and financial gains of fully authoring posts. I will have more free time to at least attempt to build a website with SteemConnect.

I updated the TASKMANAGER UIA on BitShares today to include a 0.15% market fee, these fees will be reserved (burned) whenever claimed. Today  36.7004 TASKMANAGER was burned.

If anyone has a BitShares asset they would like to see in the next giveaway, mention it in the comments below. I may try and focus on Steemit UIAs for the next one like VIRGROW and TRIAL. Big thanks to @virtualgrowth for providing regular market information.

TASKMANAGER is an asset hosted on the bitshares blockchain, a % of the liquid STEEM (currently 50%) from all @taskmanager posts is placed in savings, to be used to buyback TASKMANAGER for OPEN.STEEM on a regular basis. Holders of 50(1) or more TASKMANAGER qualify for the @taskmanager autovote.

(1) - The amount of TASKMANAGER required to qualify for autovote may change over time
