Would it be a good idea for me to move to crypto haven Puerto Rico?

50/50. It appears as though you will still have the same level of satisfaction/dissatisfaction in life, but in a different context.
It appears as though you will be amongst the privilege class of individuals (6 of Wands) residing on that Island and would have a hard time dealing with the limitations (Devil) of your new environment. Over all it looks as though you will not be any more or less content over all than you are now (Justice.)

What can the querent do to figure out if moving to Puerto Rico is a good decision to make?

You need to discern if this is a financially sensible decision for you to make.
Giving the context of this site (i.e. general demographic of crypto enthusiasts) and the question, I will assume one of the motivating factors for assessing this decision are the financial advantages in relocating there. The cards that have been cast are saying that you need to discern (Ace of Swords) from all of your confusing options (7 of Cups) whether this move makes financial sense (Ace of Pentacles).
In conclusion, it looks as though you will likely still be dealing with the same personal issues in a different context with more financial resources. I base what I say on interpreting the symbols that get cast based on my intuition, if you do not like how I am interpreting what has been cast, go create the reality you want. You can turn this move into the best thing that has ever happened to your life if you use your new environment for the strategic evolution of your soul.

Puerto Rico is a cool place but after the hurricane it’s still in despair, my brother was just there helping with the ongoing relief effort. Said it was still recovering.
I'm curious what it's like there as well! I'm definitely super interested in joining in over there. I couldn't tell by the article I read if other people could become a part of it or not.
I think so... certain aspects are likely cliquish though.
When I show up I plan on doing it like this:
PLEASE blog about every aspect of what it's like there! I want to know all about it.
The thing that gets me is what if they close that bottle neck and you relocate only to find the laws changed when crypto really takes off... I can't imagine the government passing up the chance to cash in, especially if they know most cryptorich will evade capital gains tax in this way. Very interesting post!
