Card 1
Get Some Exercise
As your body becomes stronger, yoiu begin to feel stronger in all ways.
The fairies know the importance of physical activity - they play, dance, and urn around daily to keep themselves in good physical shape. Moreover, they know that exercise is the secret to lasting energy, health, and happiness. It's a wonderful stress reducer that can improve every area of your life, including your career, finances, and relationships.
You drew this Oracle Fairie Guidance card because your body is crying out for cardiovascular or muscular stimulation. If you ask the fairies, they'll help ou find the time and motivation to exercise in fun ways.
You may even find yourself enrolling in a dance class, now that would be fun, right? Perhaps taking a yoga mat outside and sitting near a lake or a forest to connect with nature as you practice breathing in and breathing out. Another one that is easy to enjoy, is take the children to the park and have fun running, chasing, and playing ball with them with unbridled fervor. Sometimes, we just have to take a step back, gather all the facts we can about a situation, and take a hard look at how we perceive the situation. It could be we are looking at a problem, and making it out to be more than it really is. Be mindful, take a look and get all the facts, everythings going to be okay. Be sure to get lots of rest, eat as healthy as you can, be blessed this week.
