Creative Writing Reflections on my Life ~ Nature Photography

Walking around my local lake gives me some time to think about Life's daily challenges. It is also so very peaceful there and plenty of benches to sit on, and reflect my thoughts. So here are a few photos that I captured Today! The Swans are always the star of the show, but I also like the way that the sunlight is captured on the wings of the Seagull in flight photo.

Below is my latest attempt at participating in the awesome "99 Word Story Challenge" organised by the @apostrophe POD on WhaleShares ~ Today's challenging word is the Adjective "Impervious"! Which can simply be described as NOT giving up or being defeated by something or someone!

Basically this "Daily Writing Contest" ✍️ involves using Merriam Webster's "Word of the Day" Impervious for December 28th

• My story begins...

Back in time when I was young enough to go clubbing in London, I clearly remember a funny event that happened after I was refused entry to a Nightclub for not wearing a jacket. However, me being impervious to being rejected, we made our way back to the car. I asked all the girls if they had any pins in their handbags. As they all checked, a few were produced and slowly we converted my thin coat into a jacket. Not exactly high fashion, but it worked. The doorman let us all into the Club ~ True Story 😀
