Travel North Goa With Me

If you haven't visited Goa till now, well then start planning! Goa is situated on the western coast of India. It ranks amongst the top most tourist places in India. Not just for the Indians but for tourists from all across the globe, this is a sort-after place. It's usually jam-packed during the month of dec-jan but looks the most colorful and alive during this time. In 2016, I had visited this beautiful place along with my friends.

Listing down some of the places to visit and things to do here :

*Visit Chapora And Aguada Fort : Two of the most famous forts in Goa - Chapora and Aguada. Both the forts are beautiful and once you reach on top, the view from here is amazing.

* Party At Some Of The Coolest Clubs : Ladies, you will love Goa! Free entry and free drinks in most of the clubs here for you! Stag entry is usually not allowed. I tried two of the top most clubs here: Cabbana and Love, Passion, Karma. Both were just so amazing. Got to meet a lot of people from different countries, shared stories and drinks and danced till the morning. Cabbana felt like a different world on it's own. One was situated on top of the hill and the other was situated right beside the sea!

* Book A Beautiful Resort And Chill : The place offers beautiful resorts, home stays and hotels at a cheap price. So, not just outside, but also at your stay place you can have a great time. Most of the stays have a pool here and some of them are situated on the beach itself.

* Go On A Shopping Spree At The Flee Markets : Every beach has small shops outside that sells varieties of stuff which you wouldn't be able to resist buying. But make sure to prep your bargaining skills before entering the market. I bought a dream catcher from Goa along with a lot of clothes. My suggestion is carry only a couple of clothes and then buy from there itself!

* Try The Sports Activities At Calangute Beach : A lot of fun activities are available at this beach : Parasailing, Jet-Skiing, Banana Boat, Bumpy Ride etc. I tried all of them and it was an experience I will always cherish. But remember, it's going to burn a hole in your pocket.

* Try The Casinos Here : There are a lot of Casinos in Goa. If you are into gambling or want to try your luck, do visit them and have a go at your luck. It was on our list but due to lack of time , we missed it. Some of them are on cruises too.

* Watch Dolphins If You Are Lucky : There are boat rides available which will take you on a 1-hr ride . They will show you around and tell you all about the place. You can catch a palace, a jail, a fort and dophins if you are lucky.

* Enjoy Food At The Beach Shacks : Enjoy fresh sea-food along with beer and a great sea-view in front of you. They shacks here have a wide-spread menu : Indian, Continental, Chinese, Italian etc.

* Visit Churches And Musuems : There are so many beautiful churches all around the place. Visit some of them to admire the architectural beauty and the peace inside the chapel.

* Have Fun And Enjoy Your Time Here : The place has so much to offer for everyone. Whether you are a party person or a peace-seeker, this place will satisfy all your demands. Make great memories here, meet new people, sit by the beach and just have the time of your life!
