This guy did not take this photo like he leads us to believe. He got this photo off the internet and has been doing this a lot. He deserves flags, not up votes.
Not citing the source of photos, or using copyrighted photos, is plagiarism. Here is a post on why this is bad, and here is how easy it is to find allowed photos.
If you pic any pic from there you so no copyrighted issue will be raised. Here you go..

You are filling up the #photography tag with photos that you did not take, providing no value and making it look like you took the photo! That's not cool man and I will not let it ride here. You keep doing it and I will build a group of people to start flagging your posts. You can't make it look like you took the photos!
Sir Look I did not aware of tagging Photography in someone photo is not fair. So for sure I will avoid that and the rest of photos are royalty free mean that there will be no copyrighted claim as per mention in source website. I can post something else but believe me I love to share beautiful and nature pictures with others only not on steemit but on facebook. reddit twitter and others sites as well
Again, the issue is not using the photo, but the manner in which you are using the photo. You are making it look like you took the photos by not making it very clear where you got the photo from. You are also not adding any value to the post by adding your own thoughts. This makes it look like you took the photo and you are tricking people into giving you votes.
Again, most important thing is not making it look like you took the photo. Tell people it's a royalty free photo taken from XXXX. Not including that information is misleading and frowned upon.

Yes you did because no where in your post does it say otherwise. You say "This is the Beautiful Switzerland" and have a photo with nothing telling people that someone else took it. Do you not realize how that misleads people into thinking you took the photo? Can you really not see that?
