You have to press the lemon then eat with it. My friends taught me how to eat and surprisely the taste change afterwards. It's really delicious. I ate 1 without lemon and the other 1 with lemon.

The decision to visit Japan have enable me to eat lot of difference type of fishes compare to back home.
