Amaebi

A raw shrimp with Salmon Roe on top. It's a deep water shrimp and also called as sweet shrimp, one and only species of shrimp which is best to eat it raw.

• The first stage of Amaebi life was male then it will turn to females.
• Amaebi was caught when it is male because they're at the peak of the sweetness. 🤔 is it when they turn to female meaning they will lose their sweetness? Apparently yes!
