definite energy shift forming today on planning sunday: being aware to reboot.

Blimey, everything is bright and warm today, I need to remember to be nice to myself today, I think I’m gonna switch between sorting out my physical crap and space and doing some obs theme work today, I can feel solid that I’ve got a plan for the first section of the next course on lock.

had a very strong self reflection and awareness week in many regards. In fact I’d say that everyone in my life has had the same, because change can be sudden and you can feel that you are grabbing at the pieces to make sense of it all — at the same time if you know it or not we all grew a little together this week because of it.

You just gotta be aware of it, you have to stand back and notice — this week I did and the rewards have been great, I’ve had a positive upbeat and clarity driven mindset, also made me realise how much food and drink effects the way I function on a daily basis.

My determination right now has never been more high, heck I even logged this morning straight away before writing out my daily blog — I’ve not had as a productive saturday like that in the longest time, everything sat into place on friday and yesterday and I felt I spent quality time with bella.

While it’s hard to believe that it will be a week tomorrow that @dayleeo has not been here it’s also great that we have been on discord and audio chat all week, I know it’s been more rough for dayle than me probably because I’ve not allowed my emotion chip to function — I’ve just been determined to build in stability, stability to allow me to be emotional but then not build stress and anxious on top of that and fall down that cascade effect.

I’ve had a great week, and may it continue this week, so far I’ve got around fifty videos locked down to record for this next course and I’ve not even finished at that, which means so far the course will be at least five hours if I just spent five minutes on each of the sections videos, that’s crazy but I think it’s gonna be useful if someone can understand how to use the steem blockchain in multiple ways.

making these course has a two fold effect for me.

1. I get to share a video course with the newbies about utilising the steem blockchain and every time a new app that uses steem comes out get’s updated making me feel relevant and current
2. I’ll get residual income from skillshare and udemy and hopefully more followers, comments, feedback and suggestions to make it better.

It gives me a focal point, doing something I love to do ;)

But I could certainly feel the energy shift this morning, maybe it was exhaustion, maybe I was just switching energies from dad mode into work mode again but I feel like I’ve found a good ability to reset — today is probably gonna be a four hour working day, I really wanna quickly flesh out the rest of the top 10 @steemhunt idea and get this webinar in some kind of shape — I just need to do a few more tests in the next few days with crowdcast, I hope you will register for one of the test events with me! :)
