1. Vote and connect with more steemians so that after one week also i have the power of the community behind me
2. Vote the undervalued post so that they are paid better
3. promote myself
4. vote more valuable content and value add by commenting
   5)Increase engagement as much as possible.
5. Devote maximum time to steem and create valued content when i can get it up there.
