Why you don't need motivation or have to fight in order to win!

PART 2 - Keys to success

(If you haven't read Part 1 please go ahead and do that first)

priorities

Setting priorities in other words means what are you willing to give up and what do you want to focus on? You have the exact same 24 hours like everyone else and it's up to you how you spend them, but be aware and make sure that your timetable matches your priorities. You can only focus your energy so many things in a day to achieve progress. My personal advice that I still have to remind myself often enough: Do less with more, because

the more you do, the harder it will be to keep your focus on 100%. Multi-task is a skill and good to practice, but if you aren't a talent at it, I reccomend taking the safe road, giving one priority at a time your 100% .

When you realize that time is the most precious value you can have and unlike money, once spent, you never get back... you will begin to live your life and match your priorities accordingly.

willpower

Another component of why most people don't make it is.. willingness!

Now we will always find excuses and call them "reasons" for why we didn't do something and we have the ability to manipulate ourselves into thinking that it wasn't our fault, when in reality, you secretly know that there was nothing and nobody stopping you, but yourself.

We don't like to admit that because guilt is a bad feeling and we rather choose to not deal with it, BUT here is the problem:

If you don't admit it you can't change it. You don't neccessarily have to be true to others but always be honest to yourself.

When you know what you want, you now have to get it and eliminate procrastination. That's why you if you're like me you need to have a weekly-plan, a strategy for time-management, deadlines including positive self-punishment and you might want to consider a lifecoach who can help you develop the discipline you need to become your own coach.

consistency

MOST people don't reach their goals, because they expect success to happen overnight.

The journey to success is like going to the gym. If you are out of shape and you read a motivational post on Instagram that made you want to get in shape.. So you pack your gym bag and full of energy train that day for 6 hours.. The next day you wake up, probably sore and the motivation boost from yesterday all of a sudden drops when you look in the mirror and the shape of your body hasn't changed even though you trained hard and gave 100%.. still no six-pack. You are dissapointed, stop believing in yourself because you didn't visualize how your body would look if you stayed consistent in a year from now and that is when a lot of people loose their willpower and let distractions carry them away from their road to success. If you don't want to be that person, but mainting your willpower doesn't come easy to you, there are many strategies you can use that will help you, for example instead of working 6 hours in a row, try working on your one goal 30 minutes every day for 30 days. Make a check-list and with every day doing what you have to do will become less of a hassle and will slowly transition into a habit until you can't imagine not doing it.

You aren't born with anything you want, so you have to DO to GET!

Nothing great ever evolved from understanding alone, but understanding and taking on the Journey with 110% determination, ambition and vision.

Most people read motivational posts and even agree, but make the decision to go on with their life as it is without implementing and living the advice. So yes anyone CAN be successful, but not everyone is willing to do what it takes and that is why no matter how many „secrets to success“ get exposed, the balance of successful and unsuccessul people will barely change. People who don't believe in themselves or feel satisfied with what they have willl always exist, make up the majority and keep the system going.

When you found your purpose, alread work on achieving your goals, you can enjoy motivational posts and video, like the following, without getting tricked into thinking you are determined, because you know that the real motivation comes from nothing but YOU!

I hope this post helps at least one person to realize that YOU CAN and don't have to fight in order to win.

Inner strength, combined with a clear mind of purpose and vision is a long-term solution and true key to success.

It's up to you. You can either accept where you are or change your life. Most people go through life without ever questioning their path. It's great if you're happy with your life and current situation, but if not MAKE the decision to change your mindset and your life will change.
