Your success, Your definition

Success is just a simple word but with countless meanings. There are thousands of definitions of success but I liked this one the most “Success is all about self-expression” by Daniel Ally. What does it exactly mean? Success have different meanings for different people. One may find success in climbing a mountain while other in earning millions of dollars, One may find success in building a relationship while other in buying high performance laptop.

How does success happen to our lives? We start making choices from our childhood and while growing up, a lot of people(parents, teachers, friends, colleagues and more) helped in making them. By helping I mean they taught us how to live our life in their way. People are so unconscious about different meaning of success for different people that they try to guide others and their closed ones that “This is Success”. Even having good intentions for others they end up giving inappropriate suggestions.

To be able to define success for yourself you need to believe in yourself. It would be easier to make choices if you have confidence and belief on your choices. A lot of people want to change their life but they just don’t know how? According to Daniel Ally you can define your own success if you think BIG :
 

1. B - Books : You need to strengthen up your skills that you want to be a reason for your success. A very good way to do that is reading books. If you want to be a good communicator then read 10-20 books on improving your communication skills. There is a lot of content to reach that can guide us to reach to our success.
2. I - Individuals around you : This is a very important thing that you should consider while chasing your dreams and success. You would want to be around people having common interest as yours. If you are looking for people like you then others are doing the same thing to find you.
3. G - Goals : Success cannot be achieved without setting goals. A lot of people have trouble deciding their goals and breaking it down. Well, If you have right knowledge from books and right individuals around you to help, then defining goals becomes easy.
