Yes, they are finally coming to thier senses, lol.
Both Binance and Huobi started powering down, I don't know if Justin/Tron lied to them or somehow tricked them into all this mess but at least they are trying to fix it.
What does powering down mean? Does it mean that their voting power goes down and those witnesses loses the voting weight that came from them?
