For the #FunkyEdits I use a mobile phone app called PicsArt - I believe there are plenty around that do a similar thing - to can choose preset effects and then change the sliders to tweak them. Thank you for dropping in am leaving a comment 😀
yeah but i haven't seen one that did pic to comic this colourful with fine lines yet definitely getting that :)
