Nice explanation of market forces. I like how you give context to what could otherwise be a fairly dry topic by using that humorous Doomsday scenario.
A saying I really like from trading is "the market can remain irrational longer than you can remain solvent". In other words, don't fight the market. You need to go with the flow. If your Doomsday posts aren't getting any attention... why then, start posting some sushi pics.

Woo, yeah I tend to stay away from leverage. Even something puny like 2x or 4x is too much excitement for me, unless it's a sure bet. I often talk to the traders at work. The amount of stressful situations those guys have to deal with on a daily basis... they really earn their paychecks.
