Yeah I agree, I am hoping to see some justice for this, and I don't think banning people is a good idea. However we deal with so many trolls, that some innocent people get banned from chats by accident.
Bwaahahaaha! Maybe we should have a troll-shaming contest. I heard that trolling is an art.
