STRYKZ
The Football-Stars platform presentlyoperates with a free-to-play monetization model and the STRYKZ token will be presented next to the existing virtual (noncrypto) currency Coins and the loyalty points Stars. Any use of the STRYKZ token on the Football-Stars platform needs prior registration of a user account and is subject to the terms of use for such an account, which in relation to STRYKZ token and features will be specified at a later date.STRYKZ token which will be delivered and presented by Stryking, is a smart-contract based on the Ethereum ERC-20 qualifications. The STRYKZ token will allow protected end-to-end traceable in-game transactions and prize system in the Football-Stars platform.

Since this feature might be considered gambling in some regions, we will take a comprehensive look at the regulatory framework in every new market we want to enter so that if this monetization mechanic is considered to be gambling, we will either release a version of the product without this feature or we will provide a version of the product as a PaaS with a B2B partner who owns a respective license.

Football has a large universal fan base spanning from the Far East e.g. Japan to the West e.g. USA, but nowhere in the world is football more popular than in Europe. While the fantasy sports game providers for American sports like American Football, Baseball or Basketball are already massiveplayers in the North American market, the European market is still immature. An estimated 59.3 million people in 2017 played fantasy sports in the USA and Canada but there is no big fantasy sports operator for European football so far.
The European market is at apremature stage of development while the Asian market has just started to open up. There are more sports which are not yet addressed by fantasy sports games, all with bigger fan bases than American sports. The second most popular sport after football is cricket with about 2.5 billion fans generally. Furthermore, tennis, golf, rugby and Formula 1 have huge fan bases around the world to name just a few. While American sports are featured heavily in fantasy sports games, European football as the biggest sport worldwide is currently underdeveloped. There are a lot of global markets and leagues that we aim to add to the Football-Stars platform in the future.
UGC 1: User Generated Challenges
In the UGC users compete in Challenges in the Daily Fantasy Mode of Football-Stars. Basically, a Challenge is competition where users assemble a team of real football players competing in a single real match or multiple real matches. The team has to abide by some rules and reach a certain goal. For now, Challenges are all created by Stryking although some are automatically created while some are setup manually in Stryking’s proprietary Challenge creation tool but this will be changed in the future giving users the freedom to setup exactly the Challenges they would like to play.With this new feature they will no longer rely on Stryking to create Challenges they want to play and most importantly, users can earn STRYKZ. Users will be rewarded based on the engagement level they have with Challenges. The level of the engagement is measured by the amount of users who take part in these user generated Challenges which means the higher the number of participants, the higher the reward.
UGC 2: User Generated Contents
Football is no longer considered to be just a sport, but a different world entirely. There are so many websites, newspapers, TV and streaming channels, apps and other media dedicated to just football. Fans from across world love to get the hottest news, stories and statistics about their favorite leagues, clubs and players. The better-informed users are, the better their performance will be in the Challenges. Since we only have theability to produce anincomplete amount of football content internally, we will open up the platform for user generated content. Not only can they create Challenges, they can also add their own content to the platform and will be rewarded with STRYKZ for this. Beginning with easy things like reporting the wrong injury condition of a player up to creating their own articles or reporting match data, the user has different ways of participating in this.
At this point in time, there is no routine update to get the injury condition of all the football players in the competitions that are included in Football-Stars. Each league with 20 teams has about 600 players making itdifficult to keep track of a player’s fitness. If users spot a player with a wrong status, they can report that to Stryking, post the source (URL) and will be rewarded with STRYKZ if the reporting turns out to be accurate. A certain level must be reached by users before they can be permitted to report the wrong status of a player. In a case where the status is reported several times by different users, the reward will be shared between the users. But users who abuse the feature will be banned. Football-Stars will be more up-to-date when the users report wrong statuses. This enhances the experience for all users because they will not have injured players in the line-up or miss fit-again players. For many fans, it will be entertaining to justlook for players with wrong statuses and be rewarded for their contribution.
Live Scoring
The most interesting way to watch a live match is to have the Football-Stars app open so you can watch your Challenge scores go up and down. Sometimes the excitement of the Challenges is even way more greater than the excitement of the live match. Users will get direct feedback concerning a players detailed performance stats which will certainly bring emotions to live games. Not only can they see their team’s performance but they can also see how they perform compared to other users in the same Challenge. As an alternative to having aconventional display campaign, there are more advanced tools to generate users for Football-Stars. We will reward users who promote Football-Stars to their peer group in their channels with STRYKZ.
STRYKZ - The Sports Fan Token
STRYKZ is designed with a long-term view to becoming the regular token for fantasy sports and fan engagement platforms. Being an essential part of the Stryking platform backend, we plan that the STRYKZ token should be utilized and disseminated on all PaaS, white-label or partial platform application created and controlled by partners. We anticipate that this will finally facilitate fast growth in dissemination and circulation of the STRYKZ token which should drive market adaptation and approval of the token, even on applications not based definitely on the Stryking PaaS.In order to augment growth and for the market to approve our token, we may need to approach other fantasy sports platforms, online fan shops, clubs and other fan engagement products to let them integrate and accept STRYKZ in their shops. Furthermore, we intend to create incentives for partners to include and receive STRYKZ as a means of exchange on their platform.In the second scenario, we may likely create a funnel for the partner. This can be done by applying a partial platform product into their digital channels. They may then entice new users to their Stryking partial platform game and then upsell them to their actual service. In both scenarios, we aim to motivate users with bonuses for signing up, being active or spending STRYKZ on third-party platforms.
STRYKZ Developer Program
Using the Stryking Developer Program we will bring together a precise system for open source developers and other competent partakers to take part in the development process ofFootball-Stars and Stryking PaaS. The developers have to sign-up for the program and will be permitted by Stryking.STRYKZ will be awarded for the contribution of an excellent source code to the project.By providing the developer program, we will largelydecrease the time it takes to develop new features and improve the platform.
Stryking will outline tasks that could be advanced by outside developers and at the same time the community can recommend improvements to Football-Stars and be put into the development roadmap. These tasks might be a minor feature, a method, a formula, game improvements, etc. The reward is split into two parts: the first part is for creating the feature, the second part for the quality of the code.When a task is done, the source code will be uploaded to a Github and will be tested by our development team. If the submitted source code isn’t good enough, it will be rejected and no reward will be given out.A community rating system will be used to transfer an idea about the quality of code that can be anticipated of the developers.
STRYKZ token economics
The STRYKZ token economics will mostly be driven by:
Users gaining and spending tokens to set up their own challenges.
Users obtaining and spending tokens to buy in-game features and bonuses.
Users being rewarded tokens for creating challenges and contributing content.
Users attracting new users to Football-Stars or any Stryking PaaS or white-label game.
Users taking part in the development program.
One of the main drivers will be the token-based Challenges, in which members of Football-Stars can play against each other.
Token distribution
In the Token Sale Event, the distribution of STRYKZ issued will be as follows:
40% of the tokens will be issued in total in the private pre-sale and the public Token Sale Event. The number of tokens available for purchase in the public Token Sale Event will be broadcasted justbefore the start of it.
15% will be used for additional external development, marketing, partnerships and PR for the project.
10% will be used to initiate the user reward programs which will later be funded by ongoing revenues.
20% will be put into a reserve. It is intended to be used responsibly for further development and stability of the Football-Stars ecosystem.
15% will be distributed among founders, team and shareholders. The proceeds are locked up for six months and afterwards 1/30 of the tokens can be sold per month with a daily limit of 10% of the monthly contingency.
Not all STRYKZ available to the public will be sold; the remaining STRYKZ will be put into cold storage. In the first year, 33% can be used for partners, community, etc., another 33% in the second year, the remainder after two years from the end of the Token Sale Event.
Bonus Scheme
The condition for implementing the Token Sale Event and the application of contributors’ bonuses hinges on the time of the contribution and the amount of earnings gottenin the project. To inspire contributors to make pre-sale commitments, Stryking will give out a quantity of STRYKZ tokens to them as a bonus in addition to the quantity they commit to buy. In the private pre-sale, these bonuses might range from 25% and go up to 30% of the contribution amount.
Fund Allocation
The income gained by Strykingusing the Token Sale Event will be used to further improve the platform and fund the global roll-out of Football-Stars with the aim of creating a leading destination for football fans. Stryking plans to use the profits acquired through this Token Sale Event to finance the further growth of the platform and also the growth of the community - and with these revenues as well the demand for STRYKZ.
