Wow. I suffered a stroke on New Year's Eve. I had no idea that these things caused strokes until then. I do not smoke, but I suffer from depression and have high cholesterol. In April my LDL was scary high, but NYE I had come down almost 175 points! This was a light stroke so I am very lucky.
