📷 Streetphotography - Alexander Nevsky Cathedral in Krasnodar
Alexander Nevsky Cathedral was founded on military means in 1853 on the site of the old wooden resurrection Cathedral, which was located then on the Market square Ekaterinodar.
Its construction took a long 19 years. The authors of this project were the brothers John and Elisha Blueberries, which he studied at St. Petersburg Academy of arts. But after the temple was consecrated in 1872 – the Crimean war began. And it looks like this Cathedral today.
Alexander Nevsky Cathedral in Krasnodar. The temple is very beautiful not only from the outside but also from the inside. There are always a lot of people, and the territory of the temple is very well maintained, a lot of greenery and places to relax parishioners.
