Collin the Cat

I was walking around Down Town Los Angeles and she stopped me. She asked for money for Collin's birthday. I kindly asked who Collin was. Then he meowed.

I want to highlight the homelessness issue in LA. It's rampant and depressing. Humanity, along with their companions should never be in this state.
