The Royal Mile
The Royal Mile runs from Edinburgh Castle to Holyrood Palace in the old town section of Edinburgh. It is a busy part of the city filled with tourists visiting the many shops, pubs, and restaurants along the mile long thoroughfare. It was particularly busy the day I took this shot as it was during the city’s annual Military Tattoo, an annual military festival of marching drummers and bagpipe players.

Great picture, i liked the most in this picture are those colourful home architectures, they reflecting really beautiful. Clouds are reflecting an epicness in this picture, and looks like about to rain. Addon effect in this picture is that green double decker bus. Awesoem shot i remember walking this area when I visited there, alas back then I wasnt into photography, this is one place i wish I had got back to see and shot when I was into photography
but I will at least be able to enjoy seeing it through your great photos
