Star Wars Boom Box
I shot these photos of Component's street art on a back street in Auckland, New Zealand in 2009. This work has been attributed to a collaboration with Banksy. The boom box character and his little companion are classic and the turquoise background behind the dumpsters sets off the monochrome characters beautifully. The images were very fresh when I happened upon them so I was lucky to be in the right place at the right time with my Cannon PowerShot G9. No idea where I was or if they are still there but I have a link below to Component's website so you can learn more about him.
