Thanks @trevor.george. I am ok. Running and hiking again but not 100%. It is ok, able to do what I need to do. It's getting better every month.

That is a good point about my daughter. She has said that she wants to be come a Vet. You never know. Yes, like I mentioned to @saiku. Life can change on a dime if your not careful. Have a great holiday. Cheers.
