PART 3

It's done… Justice has made the decision to join TeeTee.., and take down these scumbags and the impending attack at nightfall. But how can a drug dealer and a lawyer stop a terrorist cell in the middle of New York City -- in less than 6 hours…

Immediately Justice has video of the guy in the freakin' ski jacket, on a warm sunny day, who asked him for a light.., and the other three assholes all wearing the same jacket. Plus, they got the licensed plates off the van they were in.., and in one of the frames one of the guys was holding a clipboard with tunnels drawn on it and each one was numbered…

Just by looking at that last drawing of the tunnels, something clicked and he knew exactly what they were -- and how to access them… He yells over at TeeTee -- "Yo man, have a look at all this footage and have your guys get put some names to those faces.., Im pretty sure I know how they managed to massacre all those people and get away clean -- call it a hunch. Oh, toss me the keys to the Harley and meet me at the bar before 4:00pm."

TeeTee is seeing a different side of the guy he refers to as "lawyer man.., " and he likes it… He walks over to give him the keys to his bike and hands to 16 shot 9mm's in shoulder holsters. "Yo, what you got cooking, Justice…" "Just have all your computer guys flood social media -- I want everyone on the planet to know my bar is open tonight. And bring about 30-40 guys heavily armed.., and not just for security."

It's not even close to nightfall and the city is practically ghost town, it's the first time he can remember the people of his city -- scared! The whole ride downtown Justice puts that smartphone to work -- headset in place, he starts calling in favors from people in Homeland Security to a Militia group he got off on all kinds illegal gun charges (they loved him)… By the time he reaches the bar, he has spoken to some very powerful and some very dangerous people.., and pretty much had come up with a plan…

Right after he gets off the phone with his 2 bartenders, Jenn and Jess -- these two girls run his bar, like it's there own.., and are basically family, he gets a call from TeeTee -- "Justice, how did you get all this video… My guys already got names to everyone on the videos.., and one of my best street guys has delivered weed and girls to that Mosque down by the water.., and guess who let him in -- the same motherfucker that asked you for a light. Yo man, my boy said he's seen like 25-30 guys in there, mostly middle eastern but there are a handful of crazy looking eastern europeans -- straight up militia.., hired fuckin' guns!"

The Mosque TeeTee is talking about, never opened… There were protesters out there every fuckin' day -- there was no way that it was ever going to be allowed to open its doors… Many years earlier it had been row housing built for the fisherman.., and the tunnels ran right underneath. His hunch was right.., they used the the tunnels under the city to make there escape…

He tells TeeTee to send his boy over to the Mosque with a bunch of weed and some girls.., and to really play up that my bar will be one of the only bars in the city that is open -- and it's gonna be packed… Justice wants to draw these guys to his bar tonight, in essence by putting a big target on it. When Jenn and Jess show up (the two bartenders) they see Justice talking to two loyal regulars, the most blue collar guys you could imagine -- they did demolition on the subways, they built tunnels all over this city and knew them like the back of their hand.

As they walk into the yet to open bar they each have a few overnight bags -- "Hey Justice, we're going to grab one of those apartments upstairs for a few days, there is a scary vibe in the city and it's freaking us out…" After the girls get settled they head down to set up the bar and see Justice sitting at the table way in the back of the bar with a bottle of Pappy Van Winkle whisky and bottle of champagne…

He sits the girls down and as he fills them in on his plan.., and what he expects will happen tonight -- they knock back a few shots of whisky and pop that champagne… The girls have never seen this side of him, but always knew he was more than just some "lawyer" -- he even lights up a joint, as he tells them if any shooting starts in the bar they are to immediately take the stairs behind the bar to the basement and then the back stairs all the way to his apartment at the top of the building.., and wait there.

The girls knew something was up.., but they had no idea there was not only a chance, but a very real possibility that the bar would be a war zone tonight. Before they get up from the table Justice hands them both large manila envelopes --

"What is this shit Justice, more crap from the city…" But as each of the girls examines the papers, they can't believe what they actually are.., titles, deeds and shares -- he has given them 49% ownership of the bar… The girls are estatic, but don't know how to react.., but before they can say anything and get all sentimental, Justice cuts them off --

"Just in case things don't go exactly as planned tonight.., someones got to make sure this place stays open…" They have a big group hug.., and start to get ready for whatever the night holds…

As Justice puts the finishing touches on his plan, TeeTee and his all his boys start to roll in -- it's all coming together… And based on the look in the guys eyes when TeeTee's boy told the guys in the Mosque this would be one of the only bars open in the city -- he just knew in his bones they would take the bait. The girls had been tweeting away to the huge following they had -- "NOBODY TELLS US HOW TO LIVE" "Our doors will definitely be open -- Be There or Be Square" -- anything they thought might get under their skin.

As the sun sets, the bar starts to fill up quickly… People are turning out from all over the city to show there solidarity -- they will not be bullied.., and they will not cower in the face of acts of terror. Justice stands at the entrance to the bar greeting just about everyone that had the balls to show up, with this two 9mm hanging right beneath his jacket. TeeTee and his boys have the street covered, with guys on all 4 corners, in closed store fronts and various roofs…

People are drinking like mad, the stress that had plagued the city all day, starting with the massacre on the subway and the threat of more violence -- is being blown off, for sure… The flat screen behind the bar is playing the local news and the city is like a ghost town fearing the worst, as they cut to there next story, it is the same picture of Justice's grandfather that graced the Jumbotron earlier -- and in that moment Justice knows in his bones the terrorists are on there way…

And he was right… He gets a text from his buddy at Homeland Security -- "they're on the move." Once Justice told his buddy at Homeland Security these guys were using the abandoned Mosque as a meeting place, they had eyes and ears on it immediately. He also told him, they changed they logo on the van they used this morning… These terrorists had no idea what they were walking into -- and just in case they somehow got away it.., Justice had those two demolition guys wire the tunnels leading up to that Mosque to go up like roman candles…

Justice heads up to his roof deck to get a better view of the street and to look out for the van.., but just as he looks over the roof, the van starts to pull down the street to the bar… as Justice hurries to get back down to street level to meet this violence head on, the van comes to crawl and guys in ski jackets with automatic rifles start to jump out.., and before they can even get off one shot they are met with a barrage of bullets coming from all different angles…

The whole shootout is over in just a minute or two.., and by the time Justice makes it to the street, the terrorists are lying dead in the street… As TeeTee walks towards to drive side door of the van he yells to Justice -- "We did it man, WE DID IT!" And as he opens the door to the van.., *he is shot point blank by the same guy that asked Justice for a light earlier that same morning… *Just like Justice, all of the guys rush the van, emptying there clips into it, but by the time the get there TeeTee is already dead.., and the guy who just shot him has been wounded…

Justice grabs the guy out of the van.., and holds his face right up to his -- "Do you remember me motherfucker" as he drags him through the bar and up to the roof… You can see the Mosque from the roof if you look towards the water.., and Justice drags this guy to the edge of the roof and forces him to look at the Mosque -- it explodes into flames and rubble. Justice looks him in the eye, as he slices the guys throat and pushes him off the roof --

"You know what that is motherfucker -- JUSTICE!"

THE END.
