Humans, the most harmful species in the world? - Reflection

in #story5 years ago
It is difficult not to think about what happens in my country, to know that the majority of the population does not have the basics for life, something as elemental and essential as water is, in Venezuela it ends up being a luxury to be able to obtain it with only open a tap (tap) as it happens in most countries.

Recently I saw some images in a social network in which people are using water from a river in the capital of the country to bathe, wash clothes and other things of everyday life.

I think that many times the human being ends up being one of the worst parts of nature, on the one hand it is responsible for destroying it, contaminating rivers and seas, as can be seen in the image. It pours waste from companies and makes the use of natural waters impossible due to pollution.

All this happens first because there is a government that allows it, and second because who plans to vote the dirty waters to a river does not care more than save money to purify that water and not pollute the rivers.

It seems that the two themes that I have touched previously have no relation, but I tell you, a few years ago and at that moment Chavez was the president of the Republic of

Venezuela granted millions of dollars to Minister Farías, who promised that next year she would be bathing in its waters. Millions allocated for what purify the waters of the Guaire River, well, there the results, I think that under these circumstances country would have been very good that this river was clean.

At the beginning, in 2005, for the sanitation plan, at least 7,767 million bolivars were approved. Only for 2013, 910 million bolivars were allocated in an extraordinary way, of which 89 million bolivars were invested.

In addition, millions of dollars were approved for the purchase of power generating plants, but they were not purchased either, that money was stolen.

Other millions of dollars were also granted for the creation of a wind power generation plant in the states of Falcón, Zulia and Vargas and to prevent 80% of the country's electric power from emerging from a single hydroelectric power station, nor was it created that wind plant, and of course you already know what happened to the money.

In a note published by El Nacional July 13, 2010 it is indicated that it was expected that for the first semester of 2011 24 of 72 auto generators will be activated.

Source

For that moment, 522 million bolivars were approved and the project was assumed by Petróleos de Venezuela as part of the Government's National Energy Plan.

It is impressive how the human being can have such a degree of unconsciousness and badness, to the point of embelezarce with money and that does not care about the neighbor, or nature, often often happens that we forget that we need others and the very nature to live, we are not something apart, we are a small part of it.

Then an image that I captured yesterday in the city of Bogotá, shows that it is a constant, which is repeated in many parts of the world, unfortunately.

Dear @josevas217

Indeed it is heartbreaking to witness what is happening in your country. And it's hard not to agree that almost all evil in this world is done by humans.

That's something we all need to learn and realize as soon as possible. And just be aware of that as we are aware of existance of gravity.

Adding corruption gives us awful mixture.

ps. I found your post interesting and valuable and I decided to share with with wider audience (mostly people active in #venezuela). Hope you dont mind :)

Yours
Piotr

Thanks for sharing.
It´s a very very inteistg post, about real lifeand other countries in South America, but right now
Venezuela has the first place of lack of maintenence in all places and structures
Thanks
Have a nice week end
Do you celebrate Eastern???

@crypto.piotr Thank you so much for supporting Venezuela. Greetings from Caracas

Hello friend @ crypto.piort

I do not care, at all, but otherwise, I appreciate it greatly.

Being aware of the bad that happens and doing little is equivalent to agreeing, or at least for me it is like that.

We have everything to be better as a species, as beings, however a few with power do damage to a whole country, to a world. I hope this changes, for the benefit of the whole world, not only of my country.

Thanks for the support.

It is truly amazing as a country that was a leader in Latin America, a pioneer in engineering with works of great magnitude that in their time attracted the attention of professionals and specialists from all over the world, a country that was champion in the struggle of democratic ideals, Today, it has the highest inflation in the world, shortages of food that previously abounded in supplies and supermarkets, and public services collapsed to such an extent that, while the rest of the world is in 2019, we have retreated to mid 19th century.

Thanks @ crypto.piotr for letting the world know our tragedy. God bless you!

Dear @josevas217, you have a great topic here that has been discussed many times, and from which many authors have written.

I believe that many times the human being ends up being one of the worst parts of nature, on the one hand he is responsible for destroying it, contaminating rivers and seas, as can be seen in the image. It spills waste from companies and makes the use of natural waters impossible due to pollution.

I think this is a matter of conscience and formation, the human being for years to the planet whipped with all kinds of pollution, we destroy nature in all its forms flora, fauna without any kind of control. Allow me to quote you what the bible says: " Man is Mao from his youth and his tendency is from continuous to bad "

All this happens first because there is a government that allows it, and second because those who plan to vote the dirty waters of a river do not care more than saving money to purify that water and not pollute the rivers.

There are governments around the world that are positioned thinking only of business without any kind of social or environmental awareness. In our country it is one of the worst cases where the political class sees us as potential votes and not as people to whom we can guarantee services and a clean country to live in, even if their speech is different.

Thanks for sharing.

Greetings @ josevas217, get here thanks to @ crypto.piotr to which I thank you because this article deals very well on two issues that greatly affect my country, such as corropción and environmental pollution, two great evils that throughout for many years they have done a grave damage to the country.
And is that starting with the second but no less serious (pollution) is a fact that not only in Venezuela is playing havoc, but in many Third World countries and that is partly due to bad environmental policies and part of the problem also number one (corruption), just turn a blind eye and ready nothing happened here. I think that in a future with a good environmental law, a big investment and a strong hand with all laws is the only way to recover everything or at least what can be recovered or saved from pollution and corruption.

Greetings, appreciated @josevas217.

The figures you show us are astronomical. Very few countries of the underdeveloped world can detinar this amount of resources for works in such a short time.

The regrettable thing about Venezuela is that all that Money River did not serve to clean up a simple river that crosses the perimeter of the capital city. on the contrary, it only served to support NEPHASTAL PLANS OF SOCIAL DESTRUCTION.

Hello @juanmolina, you have much reason in that, practically no country can allocate such money amounts to any work, not without impacting heavily on the collection of taxes to citizens, it is impressive that after so many years the situation is a thousand times worse.

Sad reality of our country.

Faith, hope, there is no other, to think that everything will be much better when the transition takes place.

Hello @josevas217

I'm sorry I'm late

It is really sad to see the effects of greed, avarice, ignorance that the human being can reach. It is that we really don't care about anything. Maybe it's the only way we can open our eyes and appreciate how valuable what we had was.

And yet, we still don't learn.

We decided to do the easy thing, rather than the right thing. Always

It's easier to look away, it's easier to shut up, it's easier to throw garbage on the street and someone else takes care of it, it's easier to take money from someone else than to produce it and so on.

We're creatures who only care about our own problems. And we don't see the consequences of each of our own decisions.

The question we never ask ourselves or don't want to ask ourselves: What will you do about it?

Good post, it's important to create awareness.

Greed goes hand in hand with unconsciousness, envy, selfishness, it is impressive that even knowing all that, the evil that is caused in general, humanity continues doing that.

Thanks for comment.

Hello friend @josevas217, your publication is so real that it is indisputable, I give you all the reason in each of your words, I do not understand how these beings can be full of evil and so empty of conscience that only cares to fill pocket money without thinking about the enormous damage they cause to their fellow men.

I understand every feeling, because I am Venezuelan too, and at this moment I am struggling with this terrible system that keeps us overwhelmed with problems and deficiencies.

Today my situation is better than yesterday, since I am breathing again and my children who are my engine, are happy and full of energy, energy that they share with me to keep fighting ...

Thank you for your publication because it is a window to more and more ersonas know our painful situation, and add to improve what we give our environment, because if we all collaborate I'm sure things will improve ...

Thanks @crypto.piotr for showing me

Your post shows the real life in Venezuela and others countries.I hope some people around the world could watch the hard situation and help them.
Thanks for sharing, @josevas217
