Ka floated in the air but moved about and became harder to hit above the battlefield. While he was attacked, while his minions attacked and were slaughtered, the horrible birthings of grotesque mothers of evil and fathers of despair, Ka began to laugh. His laugh echoed above the sound of the gun fire, louder than the grenade launchers and the missiles booming blasts.

"I shall take mine and be back for you mortal." Ka roared. "Arise my children and come back to me." Ka held up his hand and the host came back to life and returned into him from whence they had sprouted.

"You have nowhere to go." Rephael said as he continued to march forward. "There is nowhere you can go. You are drained and you are trapped."

"Am I?" Ka said then laughed. "I am the flayer of souls. I am the bane of civilizations. I am the scourge of the puny thing called man. And many of thee know it and serve me. They always have."

"Fire for Effect!" Rephael yelled over and over again.

His men in their battles with the last remaining of Ka's spawn dispatched what was in front of them. First they fired signal flares up into the sky. Then each had a different method of communications, cell phones, radios of different military types. All called in the order to command and hoped it would work. Then they fired signal flares up into the sky again.

"It seems to me that you boast an awful lot but you really are gutless and are afraid to attack me." Rephael said quietly.

"You? Afraid to attack you in the middle of a trap you set for me?" Ka questioned. He raised his hand again and the rest of his minions were restored and returned to him. Sonic booms sounded. "Your weapons do not affect me in the least. Your weapons have no real effect on my spawn."

A missile struck Ka and he screamed in agony.

In different parts of the world, while Rephael spoke these popped up, opened, expanded, and towered into the sky unknown to him or anyone else not one of Ka's servants.

"Is that so?" Rephael asked. Another missile blast hit Ka square in the head. Rephael and his two counterparts stepped forward without stopping as anguish shook Ka. He began to descend,

"There is only one of you like you." Ka roared, "The other two are just men." A missile struck him again, one special and Wham another that was thermite. "Arghh!!!"

"Today you will be bound." Rephael said as Ka began to bleed, whatever body he had was wounded by the special missiles. Blood of a sort fell from the sky and dripped onto the ground with the effect of acid.

The ground forces, no more demon spawn in front of them, all back into Ka, turned their fire at the demon lord as well.

Missile after missile struck. Some up above and what was in them rained down with gravity. Some missiles struck Ka and some struck around him. White began to rain from the skies. White appeared on the ground but it was not snow.

"You were already a nightmare but you look terrible Ka." Rephael ordered, "Come with me now and we will spare you."

"Come with you? I think not. He who fights and runs away, lives to fight another day. Ka accelerated and dropped through the air onto Rephael with vast force. BOOM!

The earth shook and the dust rose so that all was obscured by the cloud of dust that rose and spread out like from a bomb blast.

When the dust cleared, Rephael and Ka were gone.

Pop! Rephael appeared where he was standing before he disappeared. He looked around. "Shit! I lost him. Got to find him." Pop! Rephael disappeared again.

Ka appeared somewhere on the earth at a nexus of a cluster of vortexes, a song played in the air that sounded like the angels sang. "Foolish mortals." Ka roared. "The battle with me is not over. The battle with me is just begun. That one I will have to watch out for he almost caged me."

" Alas! Woe Unto the Earth, Asmodeus, Ka!, the Prince of the Rock Walks Amongst Man Again "
