The Old Man.

  The old man.  The old man.   Some time ago in London, there lived an old man who was quite popular in his building where he lived high up on the 20th floor. He was good friends with the local priest who was a suspected alien but could only communicate through poker. They often gambled together but the old man somehow always managed to beat him in poker, no matter how hard the priest tried to beat him, he always lost. The old man also had a very lovely but high maintenance wife. They met when he had just turned 20 and she was 30 at the time, so she was quite a bit older but she was always his sweetheart. She was quite demanding and always wanted something fancy which the old man struggled to keep up with. One day the old man was out for a stroll and he didn’t come home in time for poker with the priest nor did he make it home for his date with his wife. They assumed he had other things to do or just forgot about his arrangements. His wife started to worry after calling the places he may have been and eventually phoned the police. The police came over the next day to interview her and the priest, seeing as they were the closest with him. The wife mentioned the field he likes to walk in and where he was the evening before.  The police went to investigate the field and found nothing but his shoes and some groceries he had bought earlier that day. They thought he was kidnapped or maybe even murdered. They were sure they had a strong lead after interviewing the priest because of how much money he owed him with all their poker games. They also suspected his wife seeing as how demanding she was and how he couldn’t always please her wants and needs. After the police had done more research on the suspects they later found that neither of them had anything to do with it because they were together at the market the day he went missing. It was quite unfortunate why they were together because the poor old man’s wife had been having an affair with the priest every day when he went for a stroll.  After about 2 years after the old mans unexpected disappearance, he returned, not having aged one bit and still in the same exact clothes and lack of shoes. He had explained to all the people who had missed him how he knew about the affair and was going to the field to end his life. Instead he met an extra-terrestrial being and was quite willingly abducted.
