Today we continue our series on why you will never be rich. Like I said, this series was not designed to make anybody feel bad or down, it is supposed to wake anyone reading in case they were indulged in one of the acts, they could consider making adjustments.

You are not able to cooperate and work with others

Some people simply don't know how to play nice with others. May be because they feel that they are better or they just don't like to take or give instructions, I don't know, but whatever reason you may have for playing nice with others, it is time to change. If you want to be successful in anything, your relationship with people counts a lot.

Most people who can't play nice with others may be led by the saying above if it is applied literally...

The fact is that working with people is not easy. Unlike machines, people have feelings, emotions, choices, preferences, cultures, believes and other factors that brings about diversity making it hard to understand everyone. This means that in order to work with people you have to up your game of tolerance.

At the beginning of most entrepreneurs businesses they start alone, doing everything by themselves. But as market demand grows, they are forced to hire someone to help out in the activities. More often than not, the people they hire do not last.

First employees go away because, you might not yet be acquainted with managing people or even hiring. The little they do that is not inline with your plans leads to you firing them and going back to doing it all alone.

Now ask yourself, how long can you do it alone and would you even want to?
In this instance, doing it alone means you cannot grow as a business and/or as a person. This is where you need to see the relevance of cooperation.

This reminds me of the old African proverb "If you want to travel go fast, go alone but if you want to go far, go together.
