Happy Belly Restaurant.

Joel the propietor of Happy Belly restaurant always made it an habit of being the first in and the last out of the restaurant every single day. An habit his employees also tried to adopt some without much success.

He took pride in running a restaurant that specialized in providing the best cuisine in all the five boroughs of New York City, little wonder many people patronized his restaurant because he went to great lengths to ensure that only the freshest of food ingredients went into preparation of his signature dishes exclusive to his restaurant.

It was obvious for all to see that Joel was doing very well for himself. Looking back it wasn't always this good.Two years ago he had lost his job when the company he had worked for the past ten years laid off most of its employees himself included,he lived off the savings he had accumulated during the period of time he had been working for the company,he ran out of money in no time because of the high cost of living in New York City.

With a family to cater for and up to his neck in debt,he tried applying for jobs but was always rejected on account of his age.Left with no choice he tried his hands at some menial jobs to make ends meet yet it was barely enough to meet his family's growing needs.

Despite this major setback. Joel still maintained a cheerful disposition and believed that his current circumstances would not last for long and that someday his luck would change for the better,he just had to remain strong and optimistic.

He did not have to wait for long because opportunity came knocking when a friend who was about to get married had a falling out of sorts with the caterer he had contracted for the wedding reception ceremony and was in the market for a caterer who could fill in the vacant spot on short notice. Joel realising that this was a great opportunity to show off his unique culinary skills and maybe score some points with the distinguished guests that would be gracing the forthcoming wedding .

On D-day,wedding day.Joel presented mouth watering delicacies to a grateful host and an impressed guests earning him the respect,admirations and most importantly glowing recommendations to friends and events organizers alike willing to pay top dollars to secure his services.

Months later from providing consecutive out-standing catering services,he was able to open up a restaurant with the proceeds from his enterprise.His restaurant quickly became the toast of the town with his tables booked solid for weeks in advance thus increasing its reputation and his bank balance.
