Welcome to another episode of the Fictioneers Podcast! I apologize for not getting this out before this week'sMuxxy talked about his time in Lisbon at SteemFest! He had a lovely time hanging out with our very own @tinypaleokitchen before heading to the main event. We heaped praise on @ezzy for being as awesome as he is, and talked about how any time you mention her name, just about everyone has something positive to say about it. The bulk of the show, though, was about the Steemhouse Publisher, which is the Writer's Block publishing house. For those of you that don't know, we're going to be starting up a publishing house through The Writers' Block. The goal and focus of Steemhouse is to fundraise and publicize the works that we edit and work through on the Block, for the purpose of publishing it to the wider world. We're not just publishing to Steemit (though authors are always free to do that!). What Steemhouse is there to do is to put books into bookstores and into the hands of readers who aren't on Steemit. I dunno, but that's one of the most exciting things I've had the pleasure of being involved in!
