Thank you @davemccoy for all those nice and encouraging words. @fulltimegeek is the role model for all of us and it's his vision which has brought us to this level and all these delegations are just because of the major delegations we #stewardsofgondor got from him.
We are always thankful to him for choosing us as his #stewardsofgondor.
@funkylove can be a great asset to #newbieresteemday with her inspiring comments and also since she keeps rewarding good blogs.
Let's work together and retain the faith of @fulltimegeek by doing our bit in whatever way we can.

I'm sure he is proud of what you all do. It is very impressive. The funny thing is I don't even think you guys have a rulebook... :) ... The reason why that's cool is that every one of you make your decisions with various backgrounds and even cultures. But you still get to the same place of giving, because he designed his program with a purpose.
Frankly I think it is fascinating and extremely motivating for those that take the time to understand it. Its teaching others (in a subtle way) that they will do better when they build up the people around them, and actually care that they make their community a better place to be. Its how I wish the real world worked and its no wonder that people are flocking to it in record numbers.
And I'm looking foward to working with @funkylove and finding creative ways to help her grow and to further build our network of "cool guys" (and gals) ;)

ps... I'm going to start tagging our #newbieresteemday posts with #coolsteward too... That is a great achievement for them in my eyes! ;)
Yes, you are right. Somehow @fulltimegeek keeps an eye on all his stewards and observes us either thru the report cards of @abh12345 or thru his own analysis.
We don't have any particular set of rules, but we have tried to follow all the positive outcomes as part of the weekly reports findings or curation related findings and that is giving us good result and the credit goes to @fulltimegeek and @abh12345 for helping all the #stewardsofgondor improve themselves.
Let's use #coolstewards instead of #coolsteward to better track the Cool Stewards efforts and to identify any improvement points if any on a weekly basis.
