The Science Behind These Storage System

Hydrostor Terra require a stable water supply, thermal store air pipe, pressurized Air and a compressor expander before it can work effectively. This system makes use of the law of buoyancy in other to charge and discharged the compressed air. As the law of state that there will always be an opposite upward force exerted by a fluid that is opposites the weight of an immersed object. As the solar or wind power system generate electrical energy, an electrical cable transfer some of this energy to the compressor and Expander compartment area which convert this electricity into compressed air and later extract heat before transferring them to the thermal store via (adiabatic process).

The thermal store has an attached air pipe which will help convey the compressed air down to the underground built cavity (isobaric), which has already been field with water on getting to the underground built cavity the law of buoyancy will take place. The compressed air will be charged by an outward flow of water out of the underground built cavity area. When there is no longer solar or wind energy to power your home then you can discharge the compressed air back to thermal store so as to restore the heat to the compressed air and later regenerate electric energy you need.

Hydrostor Marine this storage system require a lake, pressurized under water balloon which is usually use to raise sunken ships from the ocean, thermal store air pipe, pressurized air, compressor expander, drilled feeder line and header box. This also make use of the law of buoyancy in carrying out its operation successfully. This also use the same air compression techniques as discussed above, but for this case compressed will be transferred from the thermal store down to under water balloon via the drilled feeder line which connect the underground balloon. Any time there is shortage of power supply the compressed will be discharge from the underground pressurized balloon.

The little space occupied by the underground balloon, will help create a quick discharge of the compressed air inform of forced back to the thermal store, which later restore heat in other to regenerate electricity.
