Awareness on Steem War Against Poverty : Eradication of Poverty Through Steemit

First, i give credit to @onyemacourage for bringing up the #SteemWarAgainstPoverty Campaign and giving me the opportunity to partner towards the success of the campaign.

Brief Background

The high rate of poverty in many countries (especially developing countries like Nigeria) is alarming. The effect of poverty has caused a lot of deficiencies on the general well being of its victims. To address this plight, countries of the United Nation Assembly on September 25, 2015, adopted some set of goal known as Sustainable Development Goal SDG to be achieved by 2030. One of the SDG is to end poverty in all its forms everywhere. No doubt, steemit has elevated many of its users from abject poverty through its steem blockchain reward system. This is truly a reflection that steemit aligns to supports SDG in eradication of poverty.

What is SteemWarAgainstPoverty ?

This is a project or campaign to pioneer the possible eradication of poverty through steemit.

Vision, mission, how the campaign could enhance the steem blockchain, and the mode of operation are presented here by @onyemacourage .

Unfortunately, amendment is still been made on the budget and it will be published in our next update on about the campaign.

Unique Strenght of the Campaign

Offering free steemit outreach and provision of internet enabled device to talented, financially underprivileged participants to add value to steemit platform through blogging and earning income in return.

All free will donation towards this project can me sent to @onyemacourage with SteemWarAgainstPoverty as Memo or you can hold on till we present an accurate budget for the campaign.
