To be very honest, as a newbie, I find this a little complicated & confusing but I guess this platform is relatively new & still finding it feet. It would be great if steemit could find a way of giving new, unknown content creators who really post good quality content a little break... but either way, its an amazing platform & ppl just have to take more time to work it all out.
