@steemittalk is a great community initiative where several Steem and live-talk enthusiasts got together to produce their own weekly talk show to shed a spotlight on Steem community authors and projects.
It's great to see an account being used as a business entity, shared by several authors, @sykochica, @winstonwolfe, and @giftedgaia. The post is really well laid out and a great read; it was humbling to see the growth of the project from the bootstrapped phase with iPhones attached to tripods using wire, right-up to a semi-professional studio setup with desktop mics, mixer board and other audio equipment.
Great images and animated .gifs have been used, including photos of the team and contributors which helps us see the personal side of the project.

I really have a problem with having your meta post on the front-page. Getting higher reward that the actual post you are referring to. I wish there was a way I can support your effort and not fell bad for having to take your post reward.
Honestly, we don't mind. Or at least, I don't. We just want to make enough to pay the hosting bill.
Hi @transisto, perhaps you can consider that previously we used to upvote our daily stats posts with our users' votes as payment for our services. We since evolved those posts into author curation guild posts as a form of community social responsibility, so you are in effect penalising us for being innovative. If we were upvoting our stats posts only, there wouldnt be an issue that our posts are higher than those of the author we are promotioning.
As mentioned the reason is not everyone has chosen to opt into the guild which is why our posts will always be higher in value than the authors we curate. The only way this will change is if more people pay for our premium services at 3$ per month which means in which case their account won't vote our payment post but can still vote guilds if opted in.
You could actually do that if you wanted, in which case you pay 3$ per month and would auto vote with us when we select a worthy post for the guild vote.
