Great idea and it came right on time! I've been very impressed with some of the photo's @olesya has posted and I saw that many went mostly unnoticed and unrewarded. That's why I'd like to share this post:

Well this is a free market experiment, so we will vote whatever the community decides should get the guild vote based on the value of the comment on this post, as long as it not dodgy :), in which case we will intervene and choose a runner up, at this stage we won't be policing for PLG on images and art and will let the community decide what should get upvoted.
Great! Well it's a nice idea and I hope you'll get many recommendations. I'm sure we all stumble upon a Steemian who deserves more exposure from time to time :-)
There a lots of deserving people, shouldn't be too hard.
