Some of you may be glad to hear this is my last post of the Windows at Macy's this year, but do not get too excited as I have to warn you I still have many other shots of other window displays at this season in NYC to share

This is the full view of the last Window on Borodway aat Macys that I took shots of, this shot doesnt really give justice tot he window so lets take a closer look

And here you can see the cool little detaisl in one portion of the window isnt the little rabbit family so cute, well of course me as a tattoed thug doesnt think so but I bet the kids they see it think it is cute

and in this next portion we see this little dog family enjoying family time around the Christmas tree

And finishing off witht heis bear couple with the beret i think maybe they are a freench family, I am just glad We do not have the same taste in wallpaper that they do

Amazing detail in the artwork, it would be interesting to know just how much that Macy's spent to have this created. Thanks for the great documentation through your photos.
I have never been able to find out how much any of the stores spend on the decorations, but I did talk to one guy outside one of the store windows this year, and he mentioned he was one of a team of about 20 that worked on the displays for their store, so no doubt it is no small budget
That would not surprise me about the size of the team. You know what, I just thought of someone who might be able to tell us just how much they spend on those displays. A friend of mine's brother is a VP at that Macy's flagship store, I will shoot him a note and see if he can get us a figure
Do let me know if you find out anything would be real interesting to know

Ohh yes during busy times of the days its hard to see the windows with all the crowds going ther, I am sure its good for business without a doubt
